Any one experience with polyps and/or Endometritis (not endometriosis)?

We are on TTC Cycle 16; however we were not able to try this month so kind of Cycle 15. We have had sa, hsg, u/s, blood work....

They found smooth polyps with a hysteroscopy and found endometritis. They have prescribed some antibiotics that I am working on. Looking for anyone who has had a similar issue.

They told me that after my procedure I could spot for up to two weeks. I bled for a couple days, then stopped for a couple days, then bled for a couple more days. I haven't bled in about a week, but spotted a little yesterday.

One concern I have is that my cycle is getting different. I NEVER spotted or had very inconsistent cycle lengths. Two months ago I spotted a couple days before my period. Then last month my cycle was only 24 days long (usually 26/27-31). Then this month I spotted again! I am scared that we may have found our issues with polyps and endometritis and now my cycle is going to get weird and present a whole new struggle.

Any others with similar? Any advice?

I am also recovering from my lap last week. They found endometritis on my ovaries and a few other places. He was able to remove most of it but my problem is my fimbriae, they are stuck together and are basically nubs. So an egg will never go into my tubes which are actually open. I was pregnant 5 years ago and never made it passed 8 weeks..and had a chemical last year..my ivf consultation is soon and im nervus as hell..oh ya i also had 3 polyps removed from my uterus 2 years ago..jeez i forgot about that. Wish i could give u some answers but i hardly have any for myself...maybe someone else can chime in with something...idk what ur next step is but if they decide to do iui with meds ull be closely monitored and maybe even put on birth control pills to regulate u..thats what they did to me.
