Any one taken/taking noresthisterne after MC to stop the bleeding?

I REALLY hope someone has some advice or experience. The GP gave me a script today and to take it three times a day for ten days along with some iron tablets as my HB has dropped again. I have been bleeding on and off since end of June and feeling so ill and exhausted from it.

We are keen to TTC asap. What happens after i come off it? Is it like the pill and i will bleed then hopefully ovulate as normal?

Can i not ovulate whilst on it? I assume not.
