Hi ladies
Hubby just had his sperm analysis results back 12 months after last one because we hadn't conceived. He had a vasectomy reversal in may 09 and first test was good so we were hopeful.
Latest test:
Count 38.8 million (good)
Motility 25% (not good)
Morph 5 % normal (not good)
Can anyone recommend a good vitamin such as wellman, Zita West or Fertilaid or any others I've not heard of to try and improve OH's swimmers.
Thanks for looking

Sukisam - we have motility issues too and both my OB & FS suggested L-Carnatine they also say zinc & vit. C. DH is taking 4 L-Carnatine a day, it's an amino acid and can by in any pharmacy in the vit section. Best of luck!!!

Thanks so much for your reply i will go and have a look in the chemist

My dh also has 25% motility, I have bought some conceive plus from Boots, it claims to help, havent tried it yet so we will see

You must consume enough number of Vitamin C and E. Vitamin E is very important to increase your sperm motility (but be careful not to consume it too much, because it will be toxic)
