Hi there.
I'm currently tandem feeding my two youngest. I feed my son during my pregnancy until my milk dried up around 30 weeks, with the intention to offer when baby was born and leave it up to him. Our little girl was born 5 weeks early and spent 2 weeks in NICU so I offered my son but he showed no interest. I thought fine, his choice. But once our daughter came home and he saw her feeding he tried and has been feeding ever since. But he's feeding LOTS and throughout the night too. (we co-sleep)
So my question is, is this normal for the older child to feed so much in the beginning and will he naturally cut down? He's been eating food regularly apart from a week when he had an ear infection when the milk really helped to fill that gap with my being poorly.
Thanks for any advice
