Any thoughts on these names?

I have 3 girls already; Taylor Anna, Alaina Marlene and Jillian Faith (Taylor is my maiden name)

These are the names we have come up with so far. . .just looking for some feedback.

Boy:

Anderson
Rhys
Mitchell
Maxwell

Girl:

Aria
Ava
Charlotte
Claire

I like Rose for a middle name with all 3 girls names except for Claire.

I am unsure on middle names for the boys so far. . .my husband's name is Mark, middle name Allen. My dad's name is Phillip, his is Larry (which I would consider Lawrence maybe for a middle).

We have a 3 syllable last name that begins with an " L" as well. . .so for alliteration purposes, I want to mix up the first and middle name appropriately.
