ANY tips are welcome!!!!!!

Today I found out our pregnancy test was negative. This is after a medicated IUI round. This is our second round of IUI, the first was unmedicated. There is nothing wrong on his or my part. I agreed to try this one more time. I am expecting to get my AF today yet or tomorrow. The FS talked about doing Letrozole again and then an injectable. I should have asked but assume this is the Gonal F?? Has anyone had luck with these meds? First round I did acupuncture and the pinneapple core, second round did acupuncture and still no baby:/ Any advice is welcome!

I take Letrozole. I got my bfp on my 3rd cycle. 1st cycle dose wasn't high enough so didn't ovulate, 2nd cycle we didn't bd enough, 3rd cycle caught. I unfortunately miscarried that one so now I am on cycle 4 (I don't count my miscarriage as a true cycle).

If you haven't taken letrozole before, I say go with it and try the natural way for a few cycles. make sure to take your temp and use opk's. My doc wanted me to do 4 or 5 cycles natural and if it didn't work then move on to iui. Since I got pregnant on cycle 3 I am back to doing it natural for the next 6 months. Doctor is confident I will get pregnant again within that time.

I used gonal f 50u for cd 3-14 and this past monday I triggered with ovidrel. I had my first IUI yesterday. I only had a 14mm and an 18mm. So hopefully something comes out of this! I wish I wasn't allergic to pineapple because I would certainly love to increase my chances.
