anybody else?

Anybody else's preemie stop breathing while trying to breastfeed? Mine gets so upset she screams and screams and then goes limp and isn't breathing and turns grey-ish purple-ish. I have to thump her chest or the bottom of her foot to get her to cry and breathe.

Well at the beginning if you think about it these little guys have a lot to coordinate - latching on, suckling, swallowing all the while remembering to breathe from time to time. Though turning blue sounds a bit worrisome... is she still in the hospital? Mine had trouble at first (he kept falling asleep heh, takes a lot of energy for them to breastfeed) and he'd desaturate some but not that much..
