Anybody else's LO have problems with follow-on milk?

I know there's been a few threads about FOM, and I even commented that we were switching over a few weeks ago, but we're switching back to Infant Milk asap, as our LO seems to throw up now, have an upset tummy....anybody else?

If you stayed on Infant Milk or returned to Infant milk, did you also use a multi-vitamin?

I had problems at the beginning but now they seem fine, it took a good week to get them adjusted as they just weren't happy with it. I wanted to switch back but it is healthier for a baby to have follow on milk.
if you do continue with first infant milk just buy some multivitamins, as you said. just to be on the safe side with Vit D.

what milk is Finn having? maybe switch formulas? We use Hipp organic combiotic and started off using C&G but my Finn had terrible problems on it so we switched and now he is super happy.

Ella was breastfed until 2-3 weeks ago so only ever had one or 2 bottles of infant milk.

we had a few hiccups at the beginning of the switchover, but suddenly ds seemed fine with it. think it took about two weeks. however we had already started supplementing his diet with baby food.

I formula feed my lo cow and gate but just looked at the hip organic milk it says if your switching from breastfeeding could I switch him onto the hip organic even though I have been given him formula?

We've moved over to SMA Infant at the moment and will reassess FOM; he is having one meal a day (weaning) at the moment, but will ask the nurse tomorrow about a multi-vitamin...it's just depressing to see LO posseting milk up....
