Anyone able to conceive with dysfunctional uterine bleeding disorder?

I'm asking for a friend who is suffering from dysfunctional uterine bleeding disorder and having issues conceiving. She feels like her journey is hopeless and I can't be much help because I'm pregnant with #3 but I hate seeing her so devastated. I was hoping to find others dealing with it that could share their stories and maybe give her a ray of hope or insight into ways to cope and treat it and all that.

If you can relate or have any personal stories, I'd love to hear them.
