Anyone applying for a PGCE?

Not applying this year but did the pgce last year so pretty clued up on the application process still if you need help.

I will be eventually as I have completed my English degree but my plan for the next few years is to be a TA whilst my LO is so little x

How old was your LO when you did the course? I've been struggling to decide when I'll be able to do mine with having a baby.

I started it when he was 8 months. It was quite an adjustment at first but made easier because his Dad was home with him 3/4 days a week. The holidays and half terms help too!

Thanks for the replies girls, I'm just in the middle of finishing my personal statement so I can send my application off tonight.

I briefly debated applying for a pgce after I finish my degree but then I watched a video of the application process and totally freaked out!! you are all much braver than me, good luck x
