Anyone been super lucky and got pregnant from BD 7 days before O?

OH is a truck driver interstate. We managed to BD 2 times on the same day, the day before he left in the truck... Its been 5 days. I thought I Ov'd 3 days ago from positive opks, but I obliviously didn't confirming with BBT.
Today I have ewcm and cervix is starting to get favourable for Ovulation...

If it weren't for that, I bet you and I would get bfps in no time

It happened to us before I had DD. We had planning problems for 3 years
I had to take clomid so I could ovulate when he was home lol.
