Ex has agreed to change LO's name by deed poll so that she will still have the same surname as me when I get married.
I've been on the UK deed poll service website - as I understand it we fill out the online form, send off a letter stating everyone with PR agrees to the name change (signed by both of us) and then they send me documentation...is that all FOB has to do? Does he need to sign the deed when it arrives or anything? We'll be away for a few weeks around the wedding so today'll be the last time I see him for a while and I'd ideally like to wrap it up then if I can!
