I started last week on a calories controlled diet and since then ive been weighing everything and counting calories. It is unbelievable how many calories i would have been eating in a day. Weighing the food has really hit home just what i had been putting in my body.
Its my first weigh in tomorrow morning and i hope and pray ive lost because im actually enjoying my new regime. My new cross trainer is arriving on friday and cant wait to start using it.
