Anyone else getting an early start on baby 2+ due to fertility issues?

My bub is only 15weeks, we were gonna hold off a few more weeks because of c section but I'm not optimistic it'll happen soon , still no period, none the less we are starting now with an NTNP approach while I try lose weight and get my pcos in check.

Excited but secretly hoping it takes a while!
