I'm really losing it!

Over the past week I've tried making coffee with cold tap water, just after the kettle boiled, making coffee with no coffee in it - just hot water, making tea and using fabric conditioner rather than milk & pouring boiling water on my breakfast cereal.

Thats just the things I remember.

Also I'm getting quite clumsey. Eating my dinner last night I dropped my knife, picked it up and then dropped my folk right after. OH was looking at me wondering WTF was wrong. I'm always nearly falling over since I forget I have extra weight to carry. Also I'm used to being able to get myself up off the sofa with the power of my stomach muscles alone but thats no longer possible so I sit there stuck for ages with my legs & arms waving in the air struggling before I realise it's not going to work and have to push myself up. Again OH just stares.

 Pregnancy brain makes you forgetful. I have that problem with the sofa too but ours is very very old and broken down (I think we are the third lucky owners of this couch) so it's hard to get up out of even when not pregnant!

oh iv always been a clumsy one and im getting worse by the day lol.

   I couldn't help but laugh when I read your post. It's amazing how clumsy and forgetful we get. My husband just looks at me like "what's wrong with you". I'm not as far along as you so I can still get up but it is getting harder by the day. Thanks for a good laugh and I hope you regain some sanity soon.

I've been more clumsy since being pregnant but the thing im really noticing is if im talking to someone I will get halfway through a sentance and forget what it was I was saying so just stop and look at the person im talking to confused  they are looking at me as if to say Yeah, and? Carry on...

lol u sound like me i and keep losing things im really annoying everyone at work beacuse no one can find anything. im also forgetting childrens names (work in a nursery) having to getpeople to tell me xx

My memory wasn't perfect before, but now OMG lol! It's awful now, my collegue even said she was so angry with me being forgetful she could kill me, worse thing is she didn't say it to me it was behind my back :'(

Haha, no kidding! I'm so clumsy it's starting to annoy me!
At work I used to be even-tempered. Now? Eeek, watch out, if someone says something rude or inappropriate I bite back fast.

I went through my stash of baby clothes that I had saved from DD1 last night. I had them in one large plastic bin. There were some clothes in there for older kids that I wanted to put back, and DH was offering to put the heavy tote back in it's place.

I just about started bawling because I wasn't done and I felt rushed. I know he wasn't rushing me, but between me not remembering which piles I sorted into what, to how I really wanted to stack all the older kids clothes perfectly logically in the tote again... I was a mess.

He was very patient and kind and I finished and we put it back. LOL

I'm so glad you have said this, i am awful at the moment and its only getting worse, my OH thinks i have gone mad. I forget the most stupid things, i bought a car parking ticket and then forgot to put it in my car and walked into the supermarket holding it, only for my OH to ask me what i was holding and then panicking and running back to my car worrying i'd been given a ticket. I forget to put milk on my cereal, oh gosh i hope it doesn't get worse. hee hee xx

can i put a dampner on ya an tell u it dont go away after birth!!!! if anythign it gets worse!! im forever putting the milk in the cupboard.. and the cereal in the fridge.... putting butter in my tea instead of on my toast!!!.....
