Yeah. It's usually not bad until about 8-9pm, and then I get painfully bloated and "windy" and it basically affects my whole night and quality of sleep. It's 10x worse when I get bean soups or other high fiber foods (necessary though to combat constipation). I have found that eating a smaller dinner helps, but then I wake up at 2am with hunger pangs. So no matter what I either wake up at 2am from bloat, or from hunger. Can't wait for this to be over!!
