Anyone else in Bromley - Kent, London border

Hey There,

This is my first pregnancy - Anyone else in Bromley?

I'm struggling to find local pregnancy things - Anyone know where I can do Aqua Natal classes in Bromley or Pregnancy Yoga?

So far I've managed to find one class a week for pregnancy yoga but it's on a day I can't make!

I'm surprised as Bromley is quite a big place - I thought there would be a few options?

I'm giving birth at PRUH in farnborough due in June

awww hi hun, i'm in bromley, only place i found to do aqua natal was beckenham, and the do yoga at a church near bromley north. I gave birth in PRUH 6 months ago in june.

I struggled with finding pregnancy classes. so just carried on going to the gym 6days a week. which really helped. goodluck with your pregnancy xx

I went to pregnancy yoga at my David Lloyd gym in Dartford. A bit of a trek from Bromley though.

Hi there, I moved from Bromley a few weeks ago I went to one is St Marks church I think its called on tuesdays? call PRUH antenatal and they should have a list!! good luck xxx

I am in Dartford, a bit of a trek from where you are.

After 4 weeks of searching it looks like all Bromley has to offer pregnant women is Pregnancy Yoga on Tuesdays and that is all.

No Pregnancy Yoga on any other day, No Pregnancy Pilates and No Aquanatal classes at all.

There are a few other pregnancy yoga classes in surrounding areas - Beckenham and Petts Wood.

Pretty rubbish considering how large a town Bromley is.

Hello,

I live in Orpington and am also finding it difficult to find classes.

Not sure if it helps you but there are Aquanatal classes in splashworld in Bexleyheath on thursday at 7pm. I know it isn't that close but seems to be the nearest place that do them.
