Anyone else suffer from pityriasis rosea?

Hey ladies I was diagnosed with this this afternoon after I went to see the on call doctor about a rash I had all over my body. It's very itchy and seems to get better and then get worse and then better again.
Anyone else suffer from this? And what did you do to ease it?

I had it when I was at college, so 17-18. It was horrible, very annoying and constantly itching. There wasn't much I could do really, I just made sure to stay away from clothes that would irritate it (cotton was good, anything fluffy was bad) and to keep moisturised with unscented, non-chemically moisturiser. I had a spray on thing, I think it was Boots one but they don't seem to do it any more, it was like a cooling spray moisturiser but not one of the chemically ones you'd use in the summer. It was soothing for a while. You could try something like a little witch hazel in some water in a spray bottle, perhaps with a few drops of lavender oil, I'm not sure if that would help at all. It went away in about 6 weeks, I think.
