Anyone else suffering or have suffered a bad cold in 3rd trimester??

I caught a viscious cold from some people sitting behind me at church on sunday. Most head and nasal congestion but feeling quite miserable. Anyone have any good and safe remedies??

I had a really bad cold a few weeks ago! Personally I was told to take Tylenol 1s, and then I just filled my self up with vitamin C.

I always use fresh lemons and cut them in half and boil in water (skin and all) hive them a slight mash and pour the lemon/water mix in a cup with some manuka honey. The skin is also good for it.
I am so hoping to avoid a cold as I dont want to be having a baby while sick

Thanks for the lemon tip. I will try it! It is pretty miserable having a cold while pregnant. Could always be worse though I suppose.

My midwife said in third tri you can take mucinex. It is only harmful in first tri.
