I've not been out last 2 days and in again today.

DH and Mum encouraging me not to go anywhere - even missed 20 week scan yesterday (re-arranged for next Tues)

Just don't want to risk this one after losing 2 this year!

:hugs: hun, i dont like it either :nope: if i do have to go out i take it very carefully, yesterday i went into town with hubby was holding on to his arm and he was the one who slipped and elbowed me in the belly :dohh: so yeah was safer in the end just to plod slowly alone on my own. xx

I havent left the house since last friday whent he snow started here! im going crazy but keeping me and my little guy safe is more important  x

im so paranoid about it, i even brought some new snow boots which i thought would help. went out to the shops with my mom yesterday and ended up slipping over on a beer can pully which was in the snow. will be glad when the snow and ice has gone

every time i see this thread i misread it as "anyone else tried falling in the snow?" lol

but to answer...i'm not more scared than usual tbh, but i guess you have more snow than we do

We had a big snow here and I landed on my ass several times. Softly, but obviously not something I'd like to continue. I picked up some Wintertrax (360 degrees o' steel coil traction thingies that slip onto your shoes/boots) that seem to be doing the trick...
