Anyone else want to group symptom spot!?

Hi all! Haven't been around much.
A LITTLE BACK-STORY!
To sum up- I just celebrated my one year anniversary with DH on May 12 so we've been married about 13 months. Been ttc for 16 months now I believe? Lost track of cycles a bit this year. Started spotting beginning of January or so and continued basically through May with very few breaks. Some times it would be just brown spotting in the cm. Then nothing for about 18 hours...but the next night would seem like period like flow. Income based gyno exam in Feb yielded "come back in three months with opk tracking and we'll go from there." DH and I were between job periods of insurance so no family gyno-type situation right now.

NOW TO THE CURRENT(and MUCH more exciting!)STORY!
The constant spotting was consistently light toward the end of May, stopped around the 25th/26th I started spotting much more similarly to the "day before period" spotting I would normally have (or as close as I could remember after the period that lasted a LIFETIME) And May 27th started a regular flow! (Holy cow!) This flow lasted 7 days (what was normal for me, previously) and then stopped. I didn't detect a positive opk through the month but wasn't particularly diligent either.

CD 10-16ISH (I don't remember, exactly...and didn't have much hope/worry/interest being that I'd been bleeding for like....a million days).I had a few days of spotting (really colour-tinged cm when wiping)
cds 18-22 ish A lot of severe fatigue and diarreah with occasional mild nausea. Mild cramps...kept expecting bleeding to comeback. FREQUENT URINATION!
CD 26/27 (the 23rd)Mild/dull cramping. I took an evening clearbluedigital(all I had in the house) "NOT PREGNANT" (let's face it. We only CLAIM we like the certainty of words/not having to squint at lines, etc....but lines at least leave hope. Those frigging words leave NO room to the imagination, seem ENTIRELY too final!) Frequent urination.
CD 27/28 (the 24th)I had two spots of red, period blood slightly clotted, VERY small when wiping in the afternoon. Nothing since, no tinged CM or anything. Mild/dull cramping. Back when my period used to be regular I would generally have brown blood leading into CD27/28 and Have regular flow start a day or two after. My cycles were almost always 28 days, would occasionally be 30.
CD 28/29 (today-June 25th) Just cramping. Did not take another test in the AM as I was VERY hydrated and peed all throughout the night. But did experience something I have never ever ever ever experienced before-my gums bled when I brushed my teeth this morning. My cramps have slightly intensified a bit but still aren't sharp or painful. Feels kind of like when your lower stomach feels all full and bloated right before gas "pains" I guess? Will be on just one side of my lower abdomen, then the other. Then dissipate, then intensify across the lower abdomen.

Gotta keep up hope! Opinions? Share your symptoms? I'm totally hangin on to the gums bleeding this AM as a positive thing, with a headache growing simultaneously. I'm approaching this with the mentality that maybe this is like when women have lots of female issues then get pregnant the month following. Almost like your parts are working in overdrive and have a fresh start? I figured maybe first month after that marathon bleed everything's feeling refreshed and fully functioning!
