So the last 3 weeks I've been struggling with a sublaxed rib in my back. God only knows how I've done it, been going to the chiro a few times a week to have it put back in. It's been painful, but manageable.
Last night (very strange for her) my DD woke 8 times and just had a generally rough night. Well I must have picked her up funny or something because I woke up in a world of pain, unable to move or take deep breaths. Seriously, I'd rather give birth med free, it's so freaking painful.
Crawled to the Chiro who told me I now have 2 ribs popped out and that's why it was so painful. Urgh. I'm banned from lifting my kid for 2 days and have to keep ice on it. Sucks ... has anyone ever had this problem? How long did it take for you to heal?
