anyone ever had a Colposcopy?

I have to have one because of High dysplasia found on pap results does this affect fertility or getting pregnant in any waY? im 24

I had them regularly for maybe sixish months about eight or so years ago (also in my mid-twenties then) resulting in a laser as the results kept coming back abnormal, and it hasn't caused me any problems at all - I got pregnant with DD on the first cycle of NTNP after coming off the pill.
