Anyone get sterilised during c-section??

I have been thinking about getting sterilised this time during my third c-section. Just wondered if anyone has experience of this...how was it different and how was the recovery?

I had a tubal during my section. It took a little longer in the OR but other than that I couldn't tell a difference. Still waiting on my first cycle post baby but am breast feeding so thats probably why. Recovery was the same. I was up and about the same day.

I had never had a C-Section before so I don't have anything to compare to. I had a tubal and was up walking around the same day. I also am breastfeeding and haven't had a period yet.
