For my first i had a hypnobirth in the birth centre. It was perfect. Did have a little gas and air during transition but then ditched it and managed to birth her pretty calmly without a tear or any intervention required.
This time however i didnt get a spot in the birth centre and was hestitant to go public so we've found a nice private ob and will go private.
While he sounds supportive of letting me go naturally again I'd love to hear of some positive experiences of others to know it is possible to achieve a hypnobirth intervention free in a private hospital.
