Hi,
I have a bit of an odd question.
I started taking Calcium and Vit D supplements and EPO about 7 weeks ago and for the last 2 months I haven't felt any ovualtion cramps or had any EWCM.
I have always ovulated regularly (according to EWCM and cramps) and have always got on CD28. I do have PCOS but for some reason have always seemed to ovulate fine.
Last month (about 3 weeks after I started taking the supplements) was 8 days late. I knew it would be because I hadn't felt myself ovualting but POAS just in case and it was a as I thought it would be, so there was no chance that I'd conceived and suffered an early mc.
This month again I have had no ovulation cramps or EWCM and I should have ovulated over the weekend.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? I can't find anything on the web that suggests that any of the supplements I'm taking interfere with ovualtion if you have PCOS, and I started taking them because they should be helping if anything.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Sorry it's gone on a bit
Thanks
