Hi, I had mediation for access with my eldest son, it was nearly 10 years ago and tbh it didn't help at all, I got a letter from them as ex had approached them, I thought this was him trying to make an effort, I even had to pay for it as I worked, he didn't.
Dont know if it would have any benefit if someone actually wanted to get proper access and show an interest in their child, my ex had no interest in either (10 years later still hasn't bothered to see our son), he was just looking for ways to upset me and have me pay out money on things other than our son.
