Anyone help TTC lady after mmc at 9+6 re symptoms ?

Please can anyone tell me if their lower stomach/bikini line area was very tender and achey either leading up to af or positive test? I had an erpc at beginning of April and waited a cycle before trying this month. I'm now 11 dpo and really scared of testing but have had this very tender tummy with stabbing pains occasionally for nearly a week. I don't know what my body is doing or what is normal and I'd really appreciate your views x

Yes sharp stabbing pain around the time of implantation x
