anyone not getting to see family cos of snow ?

my bro suppose to be coming at xmas he only lives 1/2hr away and i be gutted if he cnt get here cos of the snow its the first yr since he split with his gf and he cant go 2my mam n dads ( my lil bro/gf/neice is going and they soooo dnt talk)

also 2day oh was suppose to take my s,son to see his nan n gran but there like 2hrs away

anyone eles?

The only people who comes to ours for Xmas is mum mil and brother they all live around 2 mins away, I'm soppose to visit my older brother on Xmas eve hopefully if it don't snow it shouldbe ok x

yeah the roads are really bad out there, the main road by ours is so dangerous and the motorway is still down to one lane

Our main moterway has been closed off and on because it's like an ice rink.

REALLY REALLY HOPE the snow clears otherwise my gran will be all on her own on christmas day as she won't be able to get down

I'm hoping to be able to pick up my eldest daughter on xmas eve and return her on xmas day ... she's working (live in) about 3/4 of an hour away normally but if the snow is bad then I don't know if we're going to be able to make it I hate to think of her on her own, with no presents on xmas day

Also - and far worse - Tattie's OH's Grandad is dying in a local hospice and even that is proving hard to get to with this snow

My nan is supposed to be flying from Italy to Stanstead Airport on Christmas Eve. I really hope this snow has gone by then cos I really want her to be over here.

too all, do hope everybody gets to see there relatives, it's a horrible thought the snow stopping it

we're off to my mums, but it's in the same village so we'll be fine, but we have family coming up boxing day, hope the snow doesn't stop them!

We're supposed to be meeting OH family at the airport next week to spend christmas away, dont even know if the flights are going to be running or if we can get there and if we can't we probally wont even be able to get to them to spend it with them here
