anyone on cycle day 14??

im on cycle day 14 after af arrived 1 day after implanon removal negative ovulation test at 3pm today any ideas what to do?? had slight cramping few last few days xx

Id say just relax a bit... Implanon could make up to 2 years to come out of your system.... Id say just chart your cycles....
