My daughter has lots of allergies, reflux[GERD] and digestive issues. After months of bloody poop, vomiting, hives etc we finally switched her to Elemental\ Amino Acid based formula[from combination feeding of breast milk and hypoallergenic formula]. The first one she was allergic to but have been doing great on EleCare for nearly 5 months. We have to order her formula through the pharmacy.
I used to call formula baby milk - always did but decided since DD is allergic to milk it would be easier for DS to understand and not hand his sister his cup of cow's milk. So now he tells people his sister eats special food because her tummy is sick.
