OMG I am loving the car seat!!! Our youngest is 9 so it's been 10 yrs since we had a baby in the house and we gave everything away and moved from England to Canada.!!
I have my NT scan tomorrow and bloodwork done last week so once we get the all clear I will be shopping til I drop. I have already done my Xmas shopping for my oldest 2 so I have the money to spend on LO - a part of me did consider waiting til the January sales but I doubt I'll be able to wait that long! Lol

Love your stuff! :) I have pretty much everything unless it's a boy, then all we need are clothes. Well, we will need new bottles, but my DH's friend works for Phillips and can get us Advent bottles cheap. :)

We bought a baby seat and car sign that says "Baby on board!" ;)) and a whole other stuff.. It's nice to buy small things :D

We havent bought one thing yet and I am really itching to. We find out November 7th what we are having and then it is on.

We've bought a couple of pairs of scratch mitts and a packet of nappies...mind you we bought the nappies to put on the cat to stop him licking the stitches from his op, didn't work but they'll come in useful! x

when do you find out? I need to know!!! LOL

The bassinet is the exact one that I want

Its kinda wrinkly looking as it just came out of the box and I wanted to make sure all parts were accounted for before I make it all pretty  - I ordered it from Amazon.com, as they had the best deal on it and free shipping!

Amazon usually has the best prices, let me know how it looks once you get it set up. What I like about it besides the fact that it is gorgeous is that it could be for a by or a girl.:baby:

Oh my goodness I love your stuff! I have bought loads, moses basket, crib, baby gros, bottles (if the old BF doesn't work), steriliser, muslins, too many cute cuddly toys etc... I'm a sucker for cute things!

My problem is I can't seem to STOP shopping, although to be fair I've only got 7 weeks left until my due date. I put my last order in today with Mothercare and have a couple more bits to buy at their shop yet.

For anyone in the UK, it's worth bearing in mind that Mothercare have a price match policy, if you find it cheaper online and take a printout of the web page into the shop they will price match it for you (and hopefully save you the bother of chasing up unreliable couriers or queuing at the sorting office). I get the impression that they were starting to consider locking their doors when they saw me walking down the street with another printout in my hand ;) I got silly money off a Britax B Dual travel system with second seat.

Oooh thanks for the tip - I never thought of doing that - but I certainly will now - just need to sit down and sort out what else I actually need - not much at this rate. I too can't stop shopping :dohh:

I've just bought a cute teddy bear so far, he has a tag on him saying 'my first teddy' :hugs: I am also however collecting any freebies that come with pregnancy mags etc, such as wipes, nappies, a buggy bag, a CD of nursery rhymes and a few other bits and bobs. My mum has starting buying bits for us though too, these too are mainly stocking up essentials like nappies, wipes, bibs etc at the mo but she has also bought a few clothes and is crocheting a shawl

We are doing a good bit of looking around on the net and in catalogues though and have found some things we like.

Caezzybe, that's very useful about Mothercare, thanks  Is the price match thing to anywhere online then? The travel system we have our eye on is in the mothercare catalogue so will have to see if it is cheaper anywhere else x
