Anyone suffered with a prolapse ?

I've been to the doctors yesterday as was having problems with my coil and he's said my uterus is inflamed and something about it is turning outwards and may need referring to get it frozen !!! I'm back to see the nurse in a few weeks time so can understand it a bit better then but from what I can tell and have researched I've got a prolapse so my uterus is drooping .... has anyone had any experience with anything like this ??? I knew something didn't feel right when I kept trying to feel for the coil strings and my bits felt like they had dropped inside but when I mentioned it to my oh he said it felt normal !!!

Any help or information to put my mind at rest would be much appreciated

do you get a heavy, tampon falling out kind of sensation?

I don't wear tampons I can't but it just feels uncomfortable and if I spend to much time on my feet my bits ache soo much
