Anyone taken soy and it lengthened their cycle? Advice please.x

I'm on my first proper cycle following mmc in feb. I took soy cd3-7. Here's the dosage;
Cd3-80
Cd4-80
Cd5-120
Cd5-160
Cd7-200.

I'm now on cd 29, no af, no bfp.
Does anyone have experience of it making cycle longer? I've also had awful nausea since 7 dpo, can soy do this?

Also if I do get af, should I up my dosage? Think going to do cd2-6 next time.
For information I also take, pre natal, folic acid, baby aspirin, b complex and tsp honey.
Any help or advice most welcome.
 
I'm interested in why people seem to up their doses each day, does this work better than a consistent dose?
