Have you found that it makes your periods less painful?
This period has been a breeze in comparison to the ones I have had for the last 2 years. It's been incredible.
Usually, for the first 2-3 days of my period, I have to be on a ton of pain-killers, or I can't even function. This time around, I was getting strange pelvic pain that didn't feel like menstrual cramps on day 1. So I switched from tampons to pads, took a couple ibuprofen, and the pain never came back.
So I'm at a loss. Have tampons made cramping worse for anyone? Could it have anything to do with my retroverted uterus?
I don't know if B6 is the answer here or what.
I'm confused. Happy, but confused.
Any insight would be amazing.
