anyone taking New Chapter Whole Mega?

I have been taking this prior to pregnancy and throughout thus far. From weeks 1-13 i was taking the whole mega prenatal which consisted of 4 pills daily or 2000mg. AT 13 weeks I went to the store to but to buy new and they only had the regular Whole mega in stock. Women who owned the store said that the prenatal and the regular were exactly the same( which I confirmed with the company) Only difference was that I was only supposed to be taking two pills with the regular not four as I had been with the prenatal. Long story short I didn't realize and continued with four therefore doubling my dose (4000mg) Now Im freaking out that I caused harm to by baby.

Im sure it will be fine as long as it doenst contain things like vitamin A?
