anyone tried nigellas roast potato recipe?

ive never made roast potatoes from scratch...i usually buy frozen ones but for xmas dinner i want to make an effort and make them from scratch

ive been looking on line and found nigellas recipe where she tosses the par boiled potatoes in semolina before roasting them in goose/duck fat.

they look yummy but i was just wondering if anyone has tried them or got a different recipe that they like?

Yes yes yes!!! The best roasties in the world I say. I dont like Jamie Olivers ones.

We dont all get together as much as we used to when we all lived at home so when we do and mum makes a roast she uses Nigellas recipe!!!

i dont like the semolina on them tbh. I prefer just using flour.
