hi girls i was wondering if anyone had tried physique 57.
i do like exercising,once i get into the habit of it
i was doing turbofire which is fun but very hard but its to stressful on
my knees to do to often.
i like pilaties but find it boring at times and i just cant contort
myself enough for yoga
so i saw p57 advertised and wondered if that would be a good
compromise for me.
