Anyone tried Slimfast?

Me & my other halfs gonna try it when we next go shopping in about week an halfs time. were gonna try the milkshake for breakfast & lunch and then have a normal healthy meal for tea, apparently you can have 2 pieces of fruit and a slimfast snack bar aswell thu the day.. sounds okay but i havent really seen any good reviews about it online. unlike the cambridge diet, that looks good but i like food too much lol.

Has anyone tried slimfast?

yep worked very well but saying that i didnt stick to it !! but while i did was very good

i am on the tesco,s version only just started but there 12 servings cans are 2 for £6 x

oh thanks we normally shop at tescos so will have alook next week-ish

I found it worked for me and I have a real sweet tooth so the chocolate one and the bars were ideal.

iam on it now been on it 3days proper now and its going good
