i have been doing some research and looking into maca, we have been TTC 3+years... our options left are iui and ivf and we are on the waiting list which will take 9-12months so want to try some things before it comes to that,
currently taking:
Angus castus (vitex)
Folic acid
Prenatal Vitamins
Aspirin
and due to take clomid again for another two months to "try" it out under doctors supervision, my doctor doesn't mind me taking herbs but was wondering if anyone out there was taking horny goat weed and maca together as one tablet while TTC?????
any stories/advice would be great
