Anyone tried Wobenzym-N/enzyme therapy?

Wondering if anyone out there has tried enzyme therapy/wobenzym-n in pregnancy successfully. I've read that it can help women suffering from immunological issues carry to term. I just started taking it last week and will be talking my my naturopathic doctor about it today.
