Im with WW and doing a 12 week loose a stone by xmas challenge, which I thought was really good motivation even if I didnt manage to loose a stone?

Thought id plot my progress etc. I get weighed on a thur, yest was start of week 2 lost 1lb week one :happydance:

anyone fancy joining me? x
 
Oh yes! I have exactly a stone to lose to get to pre-preg weight so I'll race you as it were ;) I normally weigh on Mondays so I'll keep you updated. Good luck!

magic - loosing weight is always better with company. So will we say from mon onwards is week 1? Anyone else hoping to loose a few pounds feel free to join in the more the xmas merrier hehe x
 
i think will be toe one to say no i love myself the way i am!

:hi: im started ww 2mro so share me ur favourates ! first it was sat i was started then sun ! lol but had to wait till 2mro cos bloody tesco cudnt come til 11pm 2night !!

i am by not eating dinners, so fare no much results:(

by not having dinner, your maybe not taking in enough calories, your body will go into protection mode and hold onto your fat reserves, weight loss is much hardr this way, having a good well balanced dinner will help you see better results - promise x

I started on 20 points, now on 19pts hmm what I like ALL FOODS haha we try live off low point meals, add lots of veg to bulk up meals etc can make a mean roast beef dinner for 7 points yum yum, few slices roast beef some pots done i oven with 1cal spray and some herbs an oxo cube mini yorkshire puds and tons of no point veg, we have that every sun now and always have chicken chow mein on a sat night thats our treat.

Meal planning is everything, good luck - there are a few good ww threads over in health and wellbeing section as well x
