Anyone used a belly binder after a section?

I can't across belly binders when I was googling and wondered if anyone had used them and what their experience was?
I never used one for my last section and found my underwear and pants rubbed on my incision and it was horrible. If I wore my pant over my incision it made the skin fold over and really hurt.

Not for a c section but I used them post abdominal surgery and omg they were life savers.

The hospital gave me a binder after my EMCS and if I didn't have it on, everything hurt! It was awesome! I saved it for this time around, lol.

They didn't offer me one last time or advise me to use one. I'd never heard of one until I did some googling on faster recovery.
I'm going to have to buy one I think.
