Wondering if any ladies have used black cohosh for ovulation? Have recently started charting BBT whilst taking black cohosh as i read it has a similar effect as soy to encourage ovulation. Have noticed a temp dip for last 2 days and watery CM so am hoping Ov is imminent. Despite annoying headaches since taking them, am wondering if they're doing anything at all!
