Thinking of yet more tactics that may help Ethan with his trapped wind problem. He's on Dentinox (used gripe water, Infacol etc) and anti colic bottles, but really unsure of whether comfort milk would help (Aptamil) or whether instead to move to organic milk, but is it ok to change milk?

Please please let me know your experiences of either milk.

We use hipp organic it's been fine so far but my babys only a week old so we ll see how he gets on! X

How comes you are reluctant to change to comfort milk? xx

I haven't used either of the brands you've mentioned, but I use cow & gate comfort for my DS, and it has worked wonders for his trapped wind. We have no problems at all now. It's no problem to switch, just give alternate bottles for a couple of days while you finish the pack of the old stuff. Just be prepared that the nappies tend to be a bit green and stinky for a little while.

If you're not sure about switching formula, have you tried water?
