These ones:

Are they any good? It looks quite ideal for things such as cost (no need to buy steriliser as well as bottles!) and also for when visiting relatives etc so you don't need to take your steriliser.

The only thing that makes me unsure is, surely with it being such a good idea all the companies would make them like this, and so why don't they.

Thanks for any info.

yeah i used them as lo's first bottles.

they are a really good idea and they are really really easy to use.

My lo had colic so i had to change to dr browns when he was a few weeks old otherwise i would have still carried on using them.

A steriliser still comes in handy for dummies, spoons etc even if not staright away.

Don't know if you have your lo yet or not but tbh if i was doing it again i would just go straight for the dr browns as they are amazing quality and were a godsend for colic for us

Yes they are brilliant! We use TT CTN for everyday use, but if Fran is still hungry and we need to crack open a carton to give her more, of if she needs some water then we use the mothercare ones as they are so quick and easy to use - saves having to put the electric steriliser on for one bottle!

I have to admit they aren't something we discovered ourselves, we were given them as a gift, but they have been a life saver on a number of occasions!!

Thanks! I happened to be in Mothercare today and saw the avent micro steriliser at half price, and on impulse i bought it! So I might not go for the mothercare bottles, or I may just buy one set for travel and reasons you say bigbetty.

Jenkins, ta for info on dr brown's. I used avent with my DD and they were fine, but then she didn't have colic. I do know a few ppl who've ended up spending a fortune on one type of bottle and then again on the dr browns when they realise their baby has colic.
