anyone using enfamil ar formula???

Not sure what to do next.....
7 week old on enfamil ar for ? reflux. Also taking ranitidine. Poor wee pet is now getting so frustrated at feeding times even though reflux seems to be settling. Have her on dr browns size 2 teats. Bought some size 3 teats yesterday even though for 6 months plus on packaging. However they didnt seem to agree with her either, flow appeared tpp fast but maybe just takes time to adjust. Any suggestions??? Please

Hi, my 5 week old granddaughter is on the same formula for reflux. My daughter uses the newborn nipples because the flow is just right. We hold her in a more upright position in our arms while feeding her. We also use the Dr. Brown bottles along with Gerber bottles made for colicky babies,they both work well.Try burping your baby after every two ounces and have her sleep in a reclined position,not flat on their back. I hope this helps.

thanks for reply. our lo has been on size 2 dr brown teats since bout week old. hv also felt possibly frustrated when she called. has a good sucking technique and i really feel at times she doesnt get it quick enough and starts getting frustrated also some bottles could take over an hour to give 5 oz as becomes so tired sucking. she gets feed up right, brings up good wind (on infacol also) and wont tolerate to lie on back. is your little grandchild being treated for silent reflux?
