they normally ask you to give examples of situations were youve helped someone how did you help how did you go out of your way ect i would also expect them to give you senarios were you have sold something as banking is now alot about sales so they will prob ask you have you sold something how,why ect if not ive know them to ask how you would sell a staplerforexample best thing is to sell its features and benefits use open questions with customers,for example do you have any savings? is closed so if cust says no your at a loss as to were to go next but if you said why dont you have any savings it leads more into a conversation,
