anything i can add to my cocktail to help

me and OH been TTC 3years, during fertility treatment we have only tried clomid so far, had a lap and dye done in june which discovered i only have one tube, before that we knew i had sever pcos, backwards uterus, blood problems and suspected sperm allergy....

this is what we're currently using and have been since feb:

• angus castus
• folic acid
• aspirin
• vit C
• prenatal vitamin
• fertility monitor
• OPK
• CM/Cervix/Temp charting
• softcups
• pre-seed

does anyone know anything else we might be able to add to this cocktail of TTC which might help us get pregnant while our RE decides what to do next, we are due to see her on 23rd of this month but no garentee she will start our next treatment soo soon.....

anyone with any information would be great, i considerd adding wild yam but this can be used as a controception so gonna avoid this one

Maybe a b-complex vitamin? I take one daily in addition to my multi vitamin. Supposed to help extend luteal phase, from what I've read.

It's good for overall health. I had DH on it to improve count, motility and it's meant to be good for women too. It's a peruvian plant or root. All natural.

Hi, not sure if you only meant supplements, but I highly recommend acupuncture if you can bear it. I was TTC for nearly 2 years, was about to have IVF so began acupuncture treatments, had 3 lots of treatment then fell pregnant naturally. Unfortunately I lost that one, but I really think that the acupuncture helped. I don't want to say it's some kind of miracle cure but I can't believe it was a coincidence. Good luck to you x

if i didn't have a phobia would have tried that by now but i am mega mega scared lol i guess if nothing else works maybe i'll work up the curage.

My hubby just started it last week to try and help us. He was nervous but left feeling sooo relaxed and said the needles didn't bother him at all ( and we all know men are bigger wimps than us)

i wish i could but it would cause me more hassle than be worth i would start panicing and then try to pull them out or something i would just fall apart can just about stand the 2seconds for bloods for RE lol
