My first dd died of cot death last january i fell pregnant pretty much around the same time as i did with her to my second - my ds birthday is a week out from her.
I've been put on the CONI (Care of Next Infant) scheme. The amount of paperwork they give you is pretty overwhelming with all types of different check charts.
The apnea monitor that is placed under ds matress went off for the first time today whilst he was laying down in it. It makes me physically sick. I'm just so petrified of it happening again.
Is anyone else on this scheme? The HV and CMW have said try to enjoy him its just so so hard. I've not slept - not through lo waking just through general fear.
Can anyone relate?
